In the process of electrophoresis, the object is dipped in a colloidal paint solution and is connected to an appropriate electrode. In the cataphoresis method, the resulting corrosion protection gives truly amazing results compared to other protection methods such as spray painting. The surface has full protection with chemical resistance and mechanical resistance. The coating retains aesthetic qualities without streaks and wrinkles and has high uniformity.

KTL painting – by dipping – allows another important advantage – the ability to cover even the most complex shapes, along with the nooks and crevices of the detail. In addition, we also offer you additional surface protection in the form of powder coating. Such a coating allows you to maintain corrosion resistance for up to 1000 hours on reference panels according to PN-EN ISO 9227-2012 (Corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres – Tests in atomized brine). Our very well-equipped laboratory helps to supervise process parameters and coating quality. Such a coating perfectly protects our storage and social containers.

Our paint plant is a fully automatic ktl painting line and all stages of the process are systemically completely controlled and supervised which allows for repeatability of the process.
